Xinke Hook Type Shot Blasting Machine is  among the most flexible type of shot blasting machine basically applicable to any parts, such as mix load of medium & large components including fragile & irregular shapes.

Small components can also be cleaned by loading into carrier basket.

Various work handling schemes like Straight, Tee, Y and continuous loop is possible.

The functioning principle is the one of hanging the work-pieces (singly or collectively).

Parts are hung individually on the rotating hooks. The hook runs and rotates inside the shot blasting chamber exposing all the surface of the parts to the abrasive action from the turbines positioned on the side of the blast chamber.

The Y-shaped conformation of the monorail track makes it possible to carry out loading and unloading of one hook outside the cabin during the blasting phase of the other hook, inside the cabin.

The main components are include frequency inverter for rolls conveyor, blast wheel, abrasive recycling system, digital control panel, optional customized automatic loading, and offloading system. , dust collector.
